If a credential is ever lost or stolen, both the assigned user and administrators have the ability to Delete, Deactivate, and Deassign a Kisi Pass through the Kisi Web Dashboard and through the Kisi App. Inform your Kisi administrator of this situation immediately to prevent others from gaining unauthorized access using your assigned credential.
If you have lost your credential and have the Kisi app on your phone, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner:
2. Tap on Cards.
3. Click on the lost card and then select the option that fits you best.
- Deactivate to keep the credential on the list, with the possibility to activate it again
- Deassign to deassign the card from your user.
