SSO requires a Kisi Enterprise license. Please contact Kisi Support to learn more and upgrade your account.
Kisi supports SSO (Single Sign-On) with Google as a way of authentication for your Organization. Below are the steps to our self-service SSO configuration.
Setting up SSO with Google
To set up SSO, you must be the Kisi Organization Owner. For additional guidance on SSO setup, please refer to our Kisi API documentation.
- Sign in to Google Workspace Admin Console
- Click on Apps

Choose SAML apps
- Click on the Add App dropdown menu and select Add custom SAML app
- Enter the app name (e.g. Kisi SSO) and click Continue
- Download IDP metadata and click Continue
- Fill out the fields below and once done, click Continue.

. Every Organization in Kisi has a domain. It's an alphanumeric string that can also contain "-" character used to uniquely identify your organizations and required during signing in. If you do not remember your Kisi Domain, you can use Find My Organizations feature. - Entity ID:

Basic Information - Primary Email
- ACS URL:
- In the Attribute Mapping section, click Add Mapping and insert fields as shown below and click Finish
- Required by Kisi:
Email - Basic Information - Primary Email
- Optional:
FirstName - Basic Information - First Name
andLastName - Basic Information - Last Name
- Required by Kisi:
- Click on the arrow to edit the Service Status
- Select ON for everyone and click on Save
- Assign users to the Kisi Application
In Kisi:
- Sign in to your Kisi Organization account
- Under Organization Setup, click on SSO & SCIM and upload the Metadata file that you downloaded in the steps above
- Click Save
