For users of a facility that has Kisi installed, this screen might mean that no access has been shared with you. Access to each place is granted by the place Admin. Please reach out to the Admins of the place you are trying to enter and they will be able to grant you access.
If you purchased Kisi recently, your dashboard will most likely be empty (as shown below).
If that's the case, please read below the requesting a Place transfer for new accounts section, to have your place transferred to you.
Requesting a Place transfer for new accounts
Kisi creates your place and assigns the relevant hardware. Once your Kisi hardware is installed and online, please contact Kisi Support to have your account transfer to you.
