There may be a couple different reasons why you are unable to see the Billing section of your dashboard.
- You may not have high enough permissions. Only users with organization owner, organization administrator, organization access manager, and observer roles can view the billing page.
- Your subscription payment may be managed by your reseller. In this case, you will need to reach out to them regarding billing inquiries.
