Place admins and Place Owners can update their credit card information in the web app. From the admin dashboard select Billing.
If you are an admin, you will see your billing information as well as a section named Update Credit Card.

If you do not see any billing information, then you are not a place admin. Only place admins can update the credit card. To become a place admin, you must reach out to the place owner and request that he/she shares admin permissions with you.
