Two-factor authentication is a method through which a user claimed identity is confirmed. This identification process uses a combination of two different components to verify the authenticity of the identity claimed. 2FA is a type of multi-factor authentication. This authentication process is used in everyday life to ensure security.
Mobile app and Web Dashboard sign in
Once you've logged in with your credentials on the web or with your mobile app, it will ask for a verification code.

Type in the 6-digit verification code and click Verify and you will gain access to your account.
Signing in with Backup Codes
Each backup code can only be used once.
Once you've logged in with your credentials on the web or with your mobile app, it will ask for a verification code. If you do not have the ability to get a code from the Authenticator App, click the Enter Backup Code option.
When the user presses that option, the app will ask for the backup codes or help.

Lost access to Authenticator App and Backup Codes
If you have lost access to both 2FA and backup codes, the account will be lost.
