Kisi Controller Pro 1
Required connections:
- Low Voltage Wires (18-2 gauge)
- Ethernet (CAT5/CAT6 recommended, although it will also work on WiFi)
- Power (110W 24V Universal Power Supply included)
A typical setup for wiring magnetic locks includes the following:
- (1) 18-2 gauge wire for the door contact
- (1) 18-2 gauge wire for the electrified lock
- (1) 18-4 gauge wire for the request to exit
When installing the Kisi Controller Pro 1, Kisi suggests the following:
- Do not exceed 125 feet (38.1 meters) for your low voltage wiring (18-2 gauge wire) runs
- Do not exceed 300 feet (91.4 meters) for your ethernet (CAT5/CAT6) runs
Kisi Reader Pro 1
Required Connections:
- CAT5/CAT6 Ethernet cable run back to the Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled internet switch (recommended) or to PoE injector back to the Local Area Network (LAN) switch
When installing the Kisi Reader Pro, Kisi suggests the following:
