When the Lockdown feature is enabled, no unlock actions can take place. Enabling the lockdown feature will override any scheduled unlocks you may have set.

Scheduled Unlocks allows users to keep assigned doors unlocked during certain days and at certain times. For example, you can set a door to be unlocked Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, or for a single event on Sunday from 2 PM - 6 PM.

Enable Scheduled Unlocks

Before starting, ensure you have created and configured a door and that your place timezone is correct.

To enable Schedule Unlocks:

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Once your door is created, click on Doors 
3. Click on the door you want to configure
   
4. Scroll down to Scheduled Unlocks
   
   
5. Click Add scheduled Unlock
   
6. Configure the scheduled unlock, by choosing between Single Event or a Recurring Event:
• For Single Events, you can select the unlock event to occur all day and for a specific date window.
• For Recurring Events, you can select the unlock event for a specific day within a time period as well as have the door unlocked all day.
7. Add a start/end date and time
   
8. Click Save

Edit Scheduled Unlocks

To edit a Scheduled Unlock:

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Once your door is created, click on Doors 
3. Click on the door which has the Scheduled Unlock configured
4. Scroll down to Scheduled Unlocks
   
5. Click on the Scheduled Unlock
   
6. Change the settings
   
7. Click Save

In the case of holidays, you can edit the schedule for a certain week by removing a specific day if you do not wish the schedule to be active during that day. Afterwards, you can edit it back to the normal schedule.

Delete or disable Scheduled Unlocks

To delete a Scheduled Unlock:

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Once your door is created, click on Doors 
3. Click on the door which has the Scheduled Unlock configured
4. Scroll down to Scheduled Unlocks
   
5. Click the trashcan icon next to the Scheduled Unlock

To disable a Scheduled Unlock:

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Once your door is created, click on Doors 
3. Click on the door which has the Scheduled Unlock configured
4. Scroll down to Scheduled Unlocks
   
5. Toggle off the Scheduled Unlock
