User Onboarding
Kisi understands that changing your access control system affects everyone at your facility. As a general guideline, Kisi recommends that a mass notice be sent to each member who will need access to your facility. As a part of that notice, you should include the date the Kisi will go live, the doors that will be using Kisi, etc. You may also want to include this link on Introducing Kisi for new users which will walk each user through the installation and set-up of their Kisi app.
You may also want to include links to these videos demonstrating how Kisi is used:
By being proactive and providing your members with the resources they need to understand Kisi, you can roll out your new Kisi system without any headaches.
Dual System Integrations
For new Kisi users transitioning from an existing system, Kisi has you covered. If your facility is not ready or is unable to utilize a Kisi system exclusively, Kisi allows for the usage of legacy cards which can save time and cause as little disruption with your current members.
Kisi can also be wired into existing access control systems.
System Migration
Moving offices? No problem. It’s as easy as plugging it in. Kisi devices simply need to be dismounted from their current positions and mounted at the new location. Once connected to the network, you will need need to make some minor adjustments to your software configuration, i.e. - renaming your doors, changing your address, which can be done through the Kisi Web Dashboard.
