After signing up to Kisi you should receive an email to confirm your account before you are able to use it. If you do not receive it, please try the following:
- Make sure that you check your spam folder as well as your inbox.
- If you still do not find it, navigate to the Kisi sign-in page and choose "Didn't get the confirmation email" and enter your email address (alternatively, you can open this link).
If you still are unable to receive your confirmation email, it is possible that your email server has rejected our incoming emails or your email was marked as inactive/backlisted.
An email address might be marked as inactive or blacklisted if you create a share (invite a member) before setting up the email address itself. To avoid this, make sure that the email address is confirmed before assigning it a Kisi share.
As a first step, we recommend contacting your network administrator to see if your network settings are blocking Kisi emails. If you believe your email might have been blacklisted by Kisi, please reach out to Kisi Support.
