To setup your organization, you will need to configure your SSO provider. You will need a name for your organization and a domain name (this should consist of lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only).
You can use This Guide to setup the integration with your SSO.
Before setup, make sure to disable encryption. Once the setup is complete, encryption can be enabled again.
Once your SSO is configured, you will need to create your metadata URL using this Setting up SSO for Kisi form.
The metadata URL will look similar to this: https://yourserver.example.com/dag/saml2/idp/SSOService.php?spentityid=Your_SP_Entity_ID
You can verify that the metadata URL is correct if the URL goes to an endpoint that serves metadata.
Once we receive your form submission, we will create your organization and send you your encryption certificate.
You will need the encryption certificate to finish setting up your organization in the guide.
Once all these steps are completed, we will transfer your organization to you.
If you are already setup, but you need to need to change your SSO provider:
To generate a new metadata URL for your new SSO provider, please refer to this manual.
Once you have the new URL, please send it to Kisi Support and we will send you a new certificate.
