Kisi Product Support
Kisi employs a small team of full-time Product Support Specialists who come from a breadth of professional backgrounds; including customer service, security, IT support, IoT, electrical engineering, and hardware troubleshooting. Each Specialist is thoroughly trained on Kisi's products, applications, and access control. We are ready to support you to the best of our ability during our core and extended support hours.

- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST/EDT
- Extended hours
- Availability may fluctuate. We are available beyond core hours every weekday.
- We are partially staffed on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
- Kisi Support is open for reduced hours on most US holidays.

If you have a billing or subscription issue that is impacting your use of Kisi products and services, please contact Kisi Product Support with appropriate urgency.
