This article refers to access event logs.
Event logs are only shown in the web app for past 90 days. If you are looking for older events please run an event export.
The Event Logs let you get detailed information regarding the events that have occurred at your Kisi place.
On the Kisi Dashboard, go to Events.

Types of Events
The table shows all the events that you may encounter.

Additional hardware is required for the following Event types.
- Camera - A Kisi compatible camera that has been configured with Kisi.
- Card - A Kisi card or a 3rd party compatible card that has been assigned and activated prior to use.
- Elevator - In the case of elevator use with Kisi.
The events log will alert you when the door was forced open:
This message will appear when the door has been opened, but there was either:
A) no unlock recorded, or
B) no request to exit/motion sensor triggered.
To receive push notifications about your events, please follow the steps in this article.
You are now able to filter the events you are interested in.
On the events page, click on the buttons on top.
Choose a resource - What, add the needed information and choose which action you are interested in.
Choose who you want to apply the filter to, a specific member or All.
Lastly, set a Start Date and an End Date.
