Canceling your reseller
At Kisi, we work with reseller partners who distribute Kisi. If you choose to cancel the relationship with your reseller partner, please complete the following:
- Send an email to your reseller to request the cancellation. Please cc support@getkisi.com on your email for tracking purposes.
- Submit Dissolvement of Kisi Reseller/Customer Relationship form
Once we receive the completed form, a member of the Kisi billing team will be in contact to obtain updated payment details for the software subscription.
If you indicated that you would like to be introduced to a new MSP/Reseller, a member of the Kisi customer team will be in contact to facilitate an introduction to a different MSP/Reseller.
