Relevant section: Suspend access
You can suspend access for a member from the Kisi dashboard. To suspend a member, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to Kisi
- Open your Place
- Click on Members and choose the member you wish to suspend access for.
- Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Suspend Access. Until you disable this feature the user will not be able to access any Kisi doors.
- Click Save
