Kisi Organizations customers can configure JumpCloud to enable System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) provisioning and deprovisioning for their Kisi members. Before you start, please check that you have set up SSO for your Organization, generated a SCIM token, enabled SCIM for your Organization.
Generating SCIM Token in Kisi
To generate your SCIM Token in Kisi:
- Sign in to your Kisi Organization account
- Under Organization Setup, click on SSO & SCIM
- Toggle On Enable SCIM and click on Generate Token
- Copy the Token (this Token is only shown once)
Setting up SCIM with JumpCloud
To configure SCIM with JumpCloud for your Kisi Organization:
- Sign into JumpCloud and navigate to SSO
- Click on the Kisi SSO app
- Click on the Identity Management tab (at the top)
- Enter the Base URL: https://api.kisi.io/scim/v2
- Set Token Key to the token that was generated when SCIM was enabled in Kisi
- Click on Test Connection
- Select Enable management of User Groups and Group Membership if you wish to synchronize groups as well as users (recommended)
- Test the integration by clicking the test button
- Enable the integration by clicking activate
- Click Save
