Relevant section: Transfer an organization to another user
Account/Organization owners can transfer their organization to another user of their choice. To transfer an Organization:
- Sign in to your Kisi Organization
- Under Organization Setup click on Transfer Organization
- Add the user's email you want to transfer the organization to
- Click Request Transfer
If the user you transferred the organization to has already a Kisi account, they will receive an email with an Accept link. To accept the transfer, they need to first sign in to their Kisi account, then follow the accept link. Finally, they will land on the Pending page, where they need to click Accept.
If the user you transferred the organization to doesn’t have a Kisi account yet, first they will receive an email with an authentication link. With this, they can create their Kisi account.
Once their account is created, they can sign in to Kisi. For this, they will be prompted to sign in to their organization.
In a second email, they received an Accept link. Upon clicking this, they will land on the same Pending page shown above, where they can accept the transfer.
