Community Guidelines
PinnedWelcome to the Kisi Community, your place to connect with your peers to learn, share, and collaborate. We’re excited that you’re here - we all benefit from a healthy, vibrant community, and we value your contributions.
These guidelines will set expectations so that we can all benefit from engagement in the Community. By accessing or posting to the Kisi Community, you are agreeing to the following guidelines as well as Kisi's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
“Community” refers to any place on the Kisi Help Center where you can post. This includes all of the product communities, feedback, and the comments sections in the knowledge bases.
Please read through these guidelines before posting or commenting; all users are expected to be familiar with them and will be held accountable for following them.
🤝 Respect and Trust
The Kisi Community is built on trust. Most answers are provided by other Community users just like you and Kisi employees.
- Do not spam
- Do not post inflammatory, hurtful, or offensive content to or about others
- Do not post links to malware, trojan viruses, or other malicious content
- Do not create posts that only solicit or advertise your business
- Reply with useful and positive comments
🙂 Keep it friendly
Our Community is open to everyone. Swearing and other offensive terms, personal attacks and hate speech will not be tolerated. This includes (but it is not limited to) negative comments or slurs based on age, ethnicity, race, nationality, sexual orientation or gender, religion, or threats to a member’s safety. Treat fellow members and Kisi employees with courtesy.
🎯 Stay on topic
Try to post in the most appropriate topic of the forum. Keep responses to posts as on-topic as possible. Moderators may move your post to a more appropriate topic when necessary.
🔍 Search before posting
Searching before you post can help us avoid repeat questions, many of which may already have been answered.
We reserve the right to immediately remove any posts that do not conform to our Community Guidelines, without warning. We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or bar a user who violates these Community Guidelines.
Finally, we ask you to report behavior or content that violates or is inconsistent with these Community Guidelines, by contacting us at support@getkisi.com.
