Incident Policies: Swiftly respond to threats with real-time security alerts
We’re excited to unveil Kisi’s Incident Policies, a robust solution for monitoring and managing security incidents. This feature empowers admins with real-time notifications and proactive response capabilities to swiftly address and review security events. Currently, you can set up alerts for:
- Door Held Open: Get alerts if a door stays open too long, with constant notifications until it's closed, ensuring a timely security response.
- Impossible Travel: Receive notifications for unexpected access events, like doors unlocked in distant locations with the same credential, to detect unauthorized access or compromised credentials.
Stay tuned for upcoming incident types like Tailgating and Hardware Outage Alerts, further strengthening your security infrastructure.

The Badge Printer, our latest addition to the Kisi web dashboard, is your new go-to tool for crafting sleek, professional badges for employees and visitors.
