Integrate Zoom with Kisi

This is a Kisi-built integration, maintained and supported by Kisi.

With the Kisi x Zoom Workspace integration, admins can seamlessly manage access to reserved rooms. When a reservation is made or canceled, access is automatically granted or revoked, ensuring that only authorized individuals can enter. The integration offers two convenient options:

  • Access links (Group links): Upon booking, users receive access links that allow them to unlock the room with a simple tap. These links remain valid for the duration of the meeting and can be shared with other participants.

  • Check-in (Unlock schedules): Doors unlock when at least one user checks in and automatically lock when they check out or when the booking ends, thereby enhancing security. To enable this feature, simply activate the check-in functionality.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations

  9. Select your desired configuration:
    • Group link: Upon mapping a workspace to a workspace reservation, a group link will be created and sent to the person for whom it is reserved.
    • Unlock schedules: Upon mapping a workspace to a workspace reservation, an unlock schedule will be created for that workspace reservation.

  13. Click Save and return
  • To utilize the check-in functionality, the check-in option in the Zoom workspace settings must be enabled.
  • For access links, only the individual who booked the room will receive the link and will be responsible for distributing it to all other participants.

For recurring desk bookings, the access link will not be shared after the reservation. It will be sent upon check-in before each recurring booking occurrence.
