Vistor Self Check-In
Streamline your visitor management with a seamless self check-in form. Visitors can check in upon arrival using a terminal (e.g., an iPad) or by scanning a QR code on their mobile devices.

This feature is available for free during the beta period. After the beta, an upgrade to a paid plan is required to continue using the self check-in feature.
Activate the Self Check-In form
- Sign in to Kisi with your organization admin account
- On your organization dashboard, navigate to Visitor Management
- Click on Self Check-In
- Click on Activate
Configure the form
- Once activated, click again on Self-Check-In
- Click on Configure
- Under Add Hosts, select all users who should be defined as possible hosts at your company
- Under Add Visit Reason, define possible reasons for visit, e.g. "Interview", "Delivery", etc.
- Click on Add logo and add your company logo. This will be displayed on the registration form
- Click Save
- Navigate back to Self-Check-In and share the link to the self-check-in form:
- Copy the registration link and share it via email or your preferred messaging tool.
- Alternatively, you can download the QR code and place it to a visible place at your reception area where visitors can easily scan it with their mobile device.
