Enable door lockdown

By enabling door lockdown, you can prevent users from entering or exiting a specific door.

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Click on Doors in the sidebar and select your place from the top left dropdown.
  3. Check the box next to the door's name, then click Enable lockdown at the top of the list. Alternatively, click on the door to open its overview page, then click Lockdown
  4. Confirm your selection

Disable door lockdown​

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Click on Doors in the sidebar and select your place from the top left dropdown.
  3. Check the box next to the door's name, then click Disable lockdown at the top of the list. Alternatively, click on the door to open its overview page, then click Disable lockdown
  4. Confirm your selection
