Review controller details

You can conveniently review important hardware identification details on your Kisi Controller's overview page. This provides a quick and easy way to identify the correct device and troubleshoot any potential issues.

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Navigate to the place where your controller is installed
  3. Click on Hardware
  4. Select the Controllers tab
  5. Select on the controller you'd like to review details for
  6. Above the controller illustration, identify your Kisi Controller type, e.g. "Kisi Controller Pro 2.0". Depending on your controller type, you have the following information available:
  • Device ID
  • Token
  • Revision number
  • Ethernet MAC
  • IP Address
  • Broadcast IP
  • Gateway IP

Click on any of these values to copy it to the clipboard.

Change controller name​

As a Kisi admin, you can anytime change the name of your controllers.

  1. Sign in to Kisi
  2. Navigate to the place where your controller is installed
  3. Click on Hardware
  4. Select the Controllers tab
  5. Click on the controller you want to rename
  6. Under General, click on Name
  7. Enter the new name for your controller
  8. Click Save

Delete a Kisi controller from a place​

  1. Navigate to your controller overview page (Place > Hardware > Controllers)
  2. Select the controller you want to delete
  3. Click on Delete Controller
  4. Click on Delete again to confirm your choice

Once an controller has been deleted from a Kisi place, it can be reassigned to another place if needed.
