This feature works only for Kisi Reader Pro 2.1 and newer.

As a Kisi admin, you can request to reboot your Kisi Reader Pro 2.1 to resolve issues remotely.

Prerequisites

  • Kisi Reader Pro 2.1 or newer
  • Reader must be online
  • Administrative access to your Kisi organization

Request a reboot

The reboot process should only take a few minutes. To reboot your reader, contact our support team at support@getkisi.com and request a reboot.
