This feature works only for Kisi Reader Pro 2.1 and newer.
As a Kisi admin, you can request to reboot your Kisi Reader Pro 2.1 to resolve issues remotely.
Prerequisites
- Kisi Reader Pro 2.1 or newer
- Reader must be online
- Administrative access to your Kisi organization
Request a reboot
The reboot process should only take a few minutes. To reboot your reader, contact our support team at support@getkisi.com and request a reboot.
