Sign out users

Kisi admins can view users' logins and manually sign out active sessions, which can be helpful in the event of a lost phone, for example.

Web

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. On your organization dashboard, select Users
3. Find the user whose logins you want to manage
4. Click on their profile and scroll down to the Logins section
5. Choose the login session that you want to sign out
6. Click the Sign out button located on the right-hand side of the selected login
7. To sign out all of the user's active sessions, click on the Sign out of all button

Mobile

1. Sign in to Kisi on mobile
2. Tap on the Home icon to open the admin dashboard
3. Tap on Manage existing users
4. Search for the user for whom you want to manage logins
5. Once you've found the user, tap on their name
6. Tap on Logins
7. Identify the logins that you want to sign out from, and tap on the Sign out icon on the right of each item
8. In the dialogue box that appears, tap Sign out
