Integrate Magicline with Kisi

Magicline is an all-in-one gym and fitness studio management platform that handles memberships, bookings, payments, and member communications in one place.

This is a Kisi-built integration, maintained and supported by Kisi.

How the integration works

The Kisi x Magicline integration synchronizes member access in real time. When a membership becomes active in Magicline, the member is automatically granted access in Kisi. When a membership is canceled or expires, access is revoked. Synchronization is webhook-based, meaning changes in Magicline are reflected in Kisi immediately.

Check-in functionality is not supported in this integration.

Prerequisites

• Kisi organization administrator rights
• Magicline admin access

Activate the Kisi integration in Magicline

The integration setup starts in Magicline.

1. Sign in to your Magicline portal
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Overview
3. Search for Kisi Integration and click Activate
4. In the activation form, fill in the requested company, studio, address, contact, and GDPR-related details
5. Enable data sharing for both existing and new members. This is required for the integration to work correctly
6. Click Activate

Once activated, the Kisi integration will appear under Activated integrations in Magicline. Magicline will then notify Kisi, and Kisi will configure your studio on the backend. Your studio will only become available to select in the Kisi dashboard once this configuration is complete.

Set up the integration in Kisi

Once Kisi has configured your studio, you can complete the setup in the Kisi dashboard.

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. Click the integrations icon (3x3 grid of dots) > Add Integration
3. Open the Type dropdown and select Magicline
4. Click Add
5. Click Add Configuration
6. Select your studio
7. Select the Kisi group to which members will be synced for access
8. Select the time zone of the studio
9. Select the rate codes that should grant access
10. Click Add
