User Presence Reports

With User Presence Reports you can monitor user attendance patterns for each weekday within a specified, 28-day period.

1. Sign in to Kisi
2. In the left sidebar, click Insights
3. Select User Presence
4. Choose the place for which you want to generate the report
5. Click Change to select a different month. Only monthly periods can be selected.

In addition to viewing the report in the web dashboard, you can also export it as a CSV or schedule it to be automatically sent via email.

In the screenshot below, columns labeled 'monday' through 'sunday' represent the total number of days each user was present for each weekday during the month of March 2025.
